Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrades can sometimes increase the power of a piece of gear and at times even add additional features. The value of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements and the number of random augmentations that are applied.
The elite racial Shield Razortail For instance, it is frequently upgraded to enhance its lightning absorption capabilities in PvP, and/or to provide additional defenses to missile-based build in the PvM. This makes it more tradeable than the non-upgraded perfect version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens permit you to reroll a purchased item, such as a weapon, armor or ring. This swaps the current item for one similar one and comes with an additional set of bonuses. Reroll tokens can be a cost-effective method to upgrade equipment. They don't preserve the original level of the item, and any resources wasted aren't rewarded.
The survivors can acquire reroll tokens via a variety of methods like the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can be found in crates and chests or purchased at the local store at a cost of 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to change an attribute on a piece of equipment that could include increasing its damage or granting it a new stat.
Players can reroll their equipment in three aspects: physical power, magic power, and health. Upgrades to physical power boost the damage caused by weapons and melee attack and spell power boost mage attacks and the ring. Health upgrades give the player additional health.
There are three types of Reroll tokens: upgrade rare and legendary. Each of these upgrades the item to a better quality. To make them, you'll need a higher level token to reroll. Upgrades require a regular item. Rare upgrades require an item that is either unique or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.
In contrast to other special tokens and markers placed on Action spaces, the reroll marker remains on the space until the next successful result is to be rerolled. This lets you avoid wasting upgrades.
Blueprints are envelopes that show up at the beginning of every preparation phase. They are opened using Interact by grabbing on to them. When they are opened, they show a description and icon for the appliance or ingredient. Blueprints can be exchanged to purchase a new Appliance or Ingredient in the restaurant's shop for a small amount of coins.
During the course of the course of a game, blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool based on the choice of Franchise Cards. This changes the blueprints that the restaurant's shop can offer for rerolls, and also those that are in the non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones
In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to improve weapons, armor and accessories. These are special stones that increase the level of an item by increasing its stats and abilities. These items can be obtained by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the main towns. They can also purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants for a price. These stones can also be obtained by players who complete daily contracts.
To upgrade equipment, players must first find the item they want to upgrade and then click on the "level up" button. This will display a menu showing the item's current level and what it will be after being leveled up, along with the required amount of Growth Stones to do so. The amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade the gear will depend on its rarity. Most often, rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, whereas uncommon armor requires a single green or blue Growth Stone.
Once they have decided on the upgrade, players need to select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to utilize and pay the appropriate cost. Once the player has met the requirements, they can hit the upgrade button and apply the Growth Stones. The item will be raised in level by a certain percentage. The upgrade process can take anywhere from seconds to several minutes, based on the rarity of the item.
The upgrade process also is risk-free and does not impact the longevity of the item. This is an excellent choice for those who want to get an edge in combat, but don't want to burden their wallets. By clicking on the "transfer tab" players can transfer the experience and progression of an upgraded item onto a new piece of gear.
New players may find it difficult to acquire Growth Stones. There are several methods to get these stones. You can sign contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, collect them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book or collect them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. In addition players can also break down the higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.
Leveling
Leveling is an option that allows you to increase the power of armor and weapons. You can also upgrade trinkets and helms. It is achieved by adding upgrades at the Upgrade Station and paying a fee in Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The upgrade materials will be consumed and the item will gain a higher level. The process will continue until the item reaches its highest level.
Items with upgraded stats will have an icon of blue next to their slot. In contrast to enchantments, upgrade components do not stack with each other, but can only be added to one item at a time. Additionally each upgrade component will require a specific number of items to be used, as well as an appropriate amount for the equipment.
The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left, players can add items to be upgraded. On the right side, previews show what the gear looks like at its next level. Once a player has enough materials, pressing the yellow arrow will initiate the upgrade process.
A piece of equipment may be upgraded up to five times. Each upgrade, the base stats of an item will increase by only a tiny amount. The maximum level of an item is 19.
When an item reaches its maximum level, it will no longer have the option to upgrade. In the same way, once an item reaches an upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer), upgrades to that track will come with discounts.
Upgrade components are a kind of equipment that can be inserted into weapons, armor trinkets and gathering tools to give an attribute bonus or extra effect while the equipment is equipped. They can be purchased from vendors, looted, or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be swapped with new ones. However, this can destroy the old upgrade.
Requirements
Item upgrades give players the ability to increase certain attributes of armor and weapons that they currently own. The requirements for upgrading an item differ based on the type of item however, you'll usually require Dilithium as well as a number Upgrade tokens.
The upgrade items can be used to make set pieces and weapons for additional effects or to increase the level of the item. These upgrades can come from many sources, including crafting, buying from the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting from raids and bosses. Once an upgrade component has been inserted into an object, it is not able to be removed or replaced. However it is possible to swap glyphs freely.
The upgrade of an item can boost its Mark Level and/or Rarity. Some upgrade components come with additional modifiers that can improve the item's stats.
For example, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" increases base defense, and also adds an extra 20% chance of blocking. The dps "Wildfire", however, increases weapon damage.
Certain items benefit from upgrading less for their increased stats, but because it lets players get the maximum amount of value out of a perfect roll on the item. For instance, a flawlessly rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly valued in the melee PvP community and could be worth 20-50x the non-upp'd version.
When you choose an upgrade component to be inserted into an item the game will display an in-game window that lists the required requirements. The game will show the requirements required when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.
The game will place an item in your inventory once you have fulfilled the requirements for an upgrade. The progress bar will update to show how close you are towards completing the upgrade. You can also check the status of an item upgrade by visiting any NPC who upgrades items.
